My coaching style is an extension of my experience that is highly effective in its implementation. With applied military experience, we will foster a climate that emphasizes the importance of life obstacles and how to face them effectively.

Nutrition

Maintaining a well-balanced nutritional lifestyle fosters discipline in the kitchen. You cannot outwork a bad diet; becoming familiar with the essentials is key when putting stress on the body.

Sleep/Recovery

 

The recommended hours of sleep needed to perform efficiently the next day is around eight hours.  That's not ideal for everyone so build a routine around your sleep pattern that will provide you with the recovery your body needs.

Mental Agility

This refers to the ability to think and adapt to situations under stress.  Situational awareness allows you to process information rapidly and allow new information to flow.  This is important when it comes to stimulating the nervous system after adaptation to avoid plateaus.

Spiritual Readiness

Spending time alone helps you discover your true self. When you gain self-awareness, you empower yourself.  This is the time to reveal your true self and unlock your fullest potential.
